And for today I played with new Pretty Peonies stamp set. Another elegant flowers for coloring! I like peonies, they always look good — being stamp or the real flowers. I wanted to make the look of peonies bouquet, and picked pink color for them. But not bright pink. And also I wanted to be back to no-line coloring (as I made it already for tulips last month).
And I started the creation from cutting some details with new Framed Tags Lafayette creative cuts. For the outer frame I used dark pink card stock, and for the inner part I took the watercolor paper.
Also I prepared some primitive masks made of office paper. Then I stamped some flowers and buds using this masks and light gray inks. The longest part was to color every petal separately. I used Tombow Dual Brush pens, colors #772 and #800.
When I finished the coloring I adhered all elements to the card base and added the sentiment on the curved banner (from Venice Envelope Creative Cuts) and some sequins.
Have a good day!
