Baby shower invitation cards
My first two card I want to share are two kinds of baby shower invitations — one pink and one blue. I was inspired by Layered Rabbits dies here. I die cut two layers of the white and gray card stock and adhered them together. I look their soft look!
For the background I played with some inks and stamps and made floral with dots card panels. I then stamped the sentiments on the stripes of blue and pink card stock and foam mounted them to the panels. Next step, I adhered the bunnies and flowers with leaves from Self-Latching Domed Treat Box set. And the last accent is the liquid dots of the matching colors.
I was inspired by the combo of Layered Oak Tree die and Enjoy Expressions Cling Stamp And Die Set to create my next two cards. Really love them! And those tree dies… just to die for! So versatile! I really like that I can use them for any occasion, Holiday and season! And I made the summer time and sakura time cards for this blog hop.
To add more realistic leaves texture, I added some spots with Copic markers. And for the sakura tree, I sprinkled the leaves with the white paints to add even more texture. I then adhered all layers of the trees together.
I made simple watercolor backgrounds for my cards and added the sentiments. The trees are foam mounted to the front panel. For the green tree, I also added the rope swing. I used a piece of the wood toothpick and the beige twine. It looks so cute! The last accents are some liquid dots.
And at the end I played with Enjoy Expressions Cling Stamp And Die Set. You can see, that I used the black card stock and white vellum for one card (with the white heat embossed sentiment). And for another card, I used the pink and white card stock.
